THE WILSON FAMILY

Born on November 2, 1940, in Gillsville, Wayne Wilson was the son of the late Hallie “H.A.” Wilson and Monteen Skelton Wilson. Mr. Wilson was a Veteran of the United States Army Reserve, 802 Artillery Ammunition Ordinance out of Gainesville. He was a lifelong native of Lula where he owned and operated Wayne Wilson Pottery. Wayne was of the Baptist faith and loved his children and family. He especially enjoyed the pottery business and all of the associations he had along the way. Mr Wilson's son Gary has now assumed ownership of Wayne Wilson Pottery and looks forward to welcoming you and your family to Wayne Wilson Pottery.
